Yes, no matter what your project might be, your first two consultations are free. Then depending on the scope of the project (see below) we will create a Proposal for the project for you, or create a Design Development Agreement (DDA) which explains the general scope of the project, the potential budget range for the proposed work, and the fee for the DDA.

Exterior projects - (ie. Siding, Windows, Doors) All Estimates Free
Interior projects - (ie. Kitchens, Room Additions, Baths, Whole House Remodels, Sunrooms)
DDA fee = 3 - 5% of the projected Budget
Exterior projects - (ie. Porches, Pergolas, Decks) DDA fee = 1 - 3% of the projected Budget
